※ Reduces the efficiency of the heat exchanger
※ System scaling (short cycle, headbox), in the short cycle, if scaling occurs, this will cause other kinds of deposits (bacterial sludge) to form on the surface
※ Increase equipment corrosion. Under the scale layer, anaerobic bacteria can grow rapidly, resulting in pitting corrosion
※ Other possible causes of scaling: pulp (DIP, bleaching, causing pressure screen, multi-disc, etc. scaling, reducing production capacity) and fillers (CaCO₃)
